I called Lawhon Enterprises to do a last minute clean-up for one of my rentals, a week before the move-in of a new tenant. Tracy returned my call speedily, and then came out personally to give me a more appropriate estimate of the place. The price was not only more than reasonable, and the cleaning thorough, but the customer service took the cake! Let me expand on their outstanding communication skills, and genuine care for their clientele… The morning I was supposed to meet Randy (gent doing the cleaning) to unlock said rental, and pay our dues, my husband had an emergency that landed him in the ER. Long story short, I got in touch with Tracy to explain the situation. She was able to hastily reschedule me, and didn’t make us feel embarrassed for needing to cancel, due to circumstances out of our control. Not only that, but she proceeded to check up on my husband’s medical situation, the following day. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Tracy and her team at Lawhon Enterprises for several months. Since day one they have been reliable, incredibly convenient, and they consistently go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need for our rental property. This is the first time we have owned and rented out a vacation home, and Tracy has made the experience doable for us. Without her and her wonderful team, we just couldn’t do it. We live eight hours away, and we rely on Tracy for pretty much everything from cleaning and fresh towels/bedding to shopping for guests and maintenance issues. They are fantastic. When we first asked them to come out to the property, Tracy gave us a lot of really excellent advice regarding the bedding and setting up the property to maintain it properly and keep guests happy. These were things we would have never thought of, but the guests rave about them in our reviews. Anytime we need something, even last minute, the team is there to help. I don’t really know how they do it! But, they are amazing, and we are so grateful to have found such a professional, trustworthy, and experienced company to literally take care of mostly everything while we are so far away. The most consistent review we receive from our guests is how spotless the condo is. Tracy, we cannot thank you enough for all of your help, experience, and lovely service. We’ve had the opportunity to work with Tracy and Lawhon Enterprises over the past several years. One of the things we most appreciate is her professionalism and punctuality – when Tracy commits to doing something it gets completed as and when promised. We commute to our Surf City house from Ohio several times per year but there have been periods when the house was empty for several months. Tracy would periodically check in on the house to ensure there were no problems; be available to allow periodic maintenance (pest control, e.g.); board up windows to protect from impending hurricanes; forward updates; and as necessary help until we could get down there. For example, we coordinated several trips to the house post Hurricane Florence but when we could not be present during the visits by the insurance adjustor she was, walked through with the adjustor, and kept us posted. The adjustor was also very complimentary of Tracy. We are very pleased with Tracy and would recommend to others who live out of state. Jim and Becky
